my garage door needed repairs on a Saturday - I called 3 companies and they all told me not before Monday - Precision was at my house 3 hours later - Ed the repair tech was all that I could have expected - took 5 minutes to evaluate problem - right cable off drum, door not level, left vertical track bent so rollers would not track - one hour later Ed had repaired track, returned cable to left drum and leveled the door - he also adjusted the springs and oiled rollers - Ed was very professional and a pleasure to meet and easy to work with - thank you Precision

I wish to make a corrected statement in regards to the fine service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. I have found the attention and repair service I received to be far exceeding my first unkind review. I was not correct in my assessment and I did not understand the full attention and work which was performed by the service tech. I must say I have never received the fast response and concern in which this company responded so quickly to me and they genuinely wanted to correct anything I felt that was not taken care of. The attention I received and their genuine desire to correct anything which I felt was lacking, was truly so refreshing and amazing and almost unheard of in today's business world. This company is a rarity in their concern for 100% customer satisfaction. I made a statement which I now understand was not correct and I only wish more businesses were so concerned. I totally 100% recommend Precision Garage Door Service and I will call on them again in a heartbeat, if I ever need of their service in the future. 5 full stars!!!

My garage chain came undone. The tech arrived and said he’ll do a safety inspection which I taught was a food offer. But when the inspection was done the tech gave me two options. One to fix the issue would cost me right at $350.00 and the other option wash new motor for $525.00 and belt. Come to find out it was just a plastic bushing that shattered on the adjustment cable that fell off the gear causing the chain to become loose and was a quick and easy fix that cost me $100 when I went with a different company. These guys wanted to basically charge me to hang a new motor and belt for a simple fix as a $2 bushing that caused my chain to sag and fall off track. Was deff disappointed with your team than came out and didn’t even offer the option of replacing the bushing and adjusting the tension on the chain. I paid the service fee of $50..now I’m done with this company before even getting involved. Sad they didn’t even offer a charge to replace the plastic bushing and adjust the tension in the chain. Sorry won’t be using this company again.
