Awesome service, I called and left message on Sunday and someone called me back and scheduled repair the next day. Very prompt with scheduled time, and explained the different products with fair prices. The also provide military discounts. Wonderful service that I would highly recommend

door spring broke on Sunday morning, I called the toll free number at 9 am and had a 11am-2pm timeframe. Tech actually arrived at 10 am and jib was completed by 11:30am

I had an emergency early on a Sunday morning and called Precision. They answered promptly and was able to get a technician, Kendall, to come out in less then an hour. Kendall was very professional and offered multiple options for cost to replace my garage spring. Highly recommend this company.

My garage chain came undone. The tech arrived and said he’ll do a safety inspection which I taught was a food offer. But when the inspection was done the tech gave me two options. One to fix the issue would cost me right at $350.00 and the other option wash new motor for $525.00 and belt. Come to find out it was just a plastic bushing that shattered on the adjustment cable that fell off the gear causing the chain to become loose and was a quick and easy fix that cost me $100 when I went with a different company. These guys wanted to basically charge me to hang a new motor and belt for a simple fix as a $2 bushing that caused my chain to sag and fall off track. Was deff disappointed with your team than came out and didn’t even offer the option of replacing the bushing and adjusting the tension on the chain. I paid the service fee of $50..now I’m done with this company before even getting involved. Sad they didn’t even offer a charge to replace the plastic bushing and adjust the tension in the chain. Sorry won’t be using this company again.

I called another, very well know company first. Not only were they not available for three days but I needed to provide them with information that I simply would not know in order to be “put on their books”… Precision came out that day, a fully loaded truck ready to do whatever work was needed. The guys were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I will never use another garage door company again!
