Great experience from start to finish! Our service tech, Dennis was professional and very educated in what needed to be done. They replaced the springs on my garage door and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and walked me through the whole process. I really appreciated that they didn’t just come in, do the repair, and leave—they made sure everything was working properly and that I was completely happy with the service before they left.

Incredibly prompt and professional service. I had the technician at my house the next day and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly install my keypad, change the battery in one remote and give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace my old garage door. There was no charge for the service call itself and I was extremely pleased with the total cost. I would not hesitate the recommend Precision anyone. Thank you Carlos and Precision for such an excellent experience.
