Quick response after placing a call in for a technician to come out. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave me 3 options to repair the door. He was very polite and professional. He changed out the spring, drums, cables and wheels.

When the company that installed our now-malfunctioning door could not give us an appointment for under 3 days, Precision came within 2 hours of our call. The problem was accurately assessed and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. We found the technician, Mr Kendall Marshall, to be skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. We are very pleased with the work.

Andrew called before he showed up which I really appreciated. He was neatly dressed in a company uniform and drove a well labeled company truck. He took necessary measurements in order to provide a price quote. He thoroughly explained the process of the door installation. Within a short time after he left, I received a price quote by email.

Incredibly prompt and professional service. I had the technician at my house the next day and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly install my keypad, change the battery in one remote and give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace my old garage door. There was no charge for the service call itself and I was extremely pleased with the total cost. I would not hesitate the recommend Precision anyone. Thank you Carlos and Precision for such an excellent experience.

my garage door needed repairs on a Saturday - I called 3 companies and they all told me not before Monday - Precision was at my house 3 hours later - Ed the repair tech was all that I could have expected - took 5 minutes to evaluate problem - right cable off drum, door not level, left vertical track bent so rollers would not track - one hour later Ed had repaired track, returned cable to left drum and leveled the door - he also adjusted the springs and oiled rollers - Ed was very professional and a pleasure to meet and easy to work with - thank you Precision
